Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/2 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
- 1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup)
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and protein powder.
- Add the almond butter, honey, shredded coconut, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Stir the mixture until all ingredients are well combined.
- Use your hands to form small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Notes
For easier rolling, lightly dampen your hands. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
