Ingredients

  • 8 ounces (227 g) (227 grams) cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 8 ounces (227 g) (227 grams) gouda cheese, sliced
  • 4 ounces (113 g) (113 grams) roasted almonds
  • 4 ounces (113 g) (113 grams) walnuts
  • 1 cup (240 ml) (150 grams) seedless grapes
  • 1 cup (240 ml) (140 grams) cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) (75 grams) black olives
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) (75 grams) green olives
  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) (30 milliliters) maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) (30 milliliters) whole grain mustard


Instructions

  1. Place the sliced turkey breast on one side of the wooden charcuterie board.
  2. Arrange the sliced beef salami next to the turkey breast.
  3. Position the cubed cheddar cheese in a small pile on the board.
  4. Lay the sliced gouda cheese in a fan shape beside the cheddar.
  5. Scatter the roasted almonds in an open area of the board.
  6. Place the walnuts near the almonds, but in a separate section.
  7. Rinse the seedless grapes and pat dry; add them in a cluster on the board.
  8. Wash the cherry tomatoes, dry them, and place them in a small group.
  9. Arrange the black olives in a small bowl or section on the board.
  10. Do the same with the green olives in another bowl or section.
  11. Slice the baguette and fan the slices out on the board.
  12. Pour the honey into a small dish and place it on the board.
  13. Spoon the whole grain mustard into a separate small dish.
