  • 8 oz (225g) assorted cheese cubes
  • 1 cup (150g) dried apricots
  • 1 cup (150g) dried figs
  • 1/2 cup (120g) hummus
  • 1/2 cup (120g) olives
  • 1/2 cup (120g) green olives
  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 1/2 cup (120g) cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) honey
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) fruit jam or preserves


Instructions

  1. Wash the grapes, strawberries, and cherry tomatoes thoroughly.
  2. Pat the washed fruits and tomatoes dry with a clean towel.
  3. Arrange the seedless grapes and sliced strawberries in separate sections on a large serving board.
  4. Place the cherry tomatoes in a cluster on the board.
  5. Fill a small bowl with mixed nuts and set it on the board.
  6. Roll the slices of turkey breast and arrange them neatly on the board.
  7. Roll the slices of roast beef and place them next to the turkey.
  8. Arrange the assorted cheese cubes in a separate section.
