- 4 corn cobs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Snap each corn cob in half and slice down the middle lengthwise. Cut the corn again into quarters.
- Place the corn into a large bowl or ziplock bag and add olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until the corn is evenly coated.
- Spread the corn in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 25-35 minutes, checking for doneness and browning.
