Description

Roasted Corn Ribs are a delightful and flavorful dish that transforms simple corn on the cob into gourmet finger-friendly ribs, perfect for sharing.


Ingredients

  • 4 corn cobs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Snap each corn cob in half and slice down the middle lengthwise. Cut the corn again into quarters.
  3. Place the corn into a large bowl or ziplock bag and add olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix until the corn is evenly coated.
  5. Spread the corn in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Roast for 25-35 minutes, checking for doneness and browning.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Serve hot and enjoy!
