Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread the drained and rinsed chickpeas on a clean kitchen towel.
- Pat them dry thoroughly with another towel to remove excess moisture.
- Transfer the chickpeas to a large mixing bowl.
- Add olive oil to the chickpeas and toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle sea salt, garlic powder, and smoked paprika over the chickpeas.
- Stir until the chickpeas are evenly coated with the spices.
- Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven.
