Description

A delightful combination of creamy peanut butter and rich chocolate, perfect for gatherings or personal indulgence.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp softened butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Reese’s Pieces

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat and set aside.
  2. Combine chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
  3. Pour half of the melted chocolate mixture onto your prepared baking sheet and spread it into a rectangle that is roughly 9×13 inches in size. Transfer to the fridge or freezer to harden.
  4. Combine creamy peanut butter, softened butter, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar in a bowl. Mix until well combined.
  5. Drop pieces of the peanut butter mixture all over the layer of chilled chocolate, then press into an even layer.
  6. Pour the remaining melted chocolate mixture on top, then spread to cover the peanut butter layer.
  7. Sprinkle Reese’s Pieces candies on top, then transfer back to the fridge or freezer to set completely before breaking into pieces.

Notes

Try varying the type of chocolate for different flavor profiles. Dark chocolate pairs beautifully with peanut butter for a unique twist.
