A delightful fusion of a juicy burger and crispy quesadilla, featuring melted cheese and a spicy mayonnaise sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine ground beef with salt and pepper in a bowl. Shape into burger patties.
- Cook the patties on a grill or skillet over medium-high heat until the desired doneness.
- Mix mayonnaise and hot sauce in a small bowl for the sauce.
- Sprinkle a layer of cheese on one tortilla, place the cooked burger patty on top, and pour some sauce over it.
- Top with the second tortilla and press down.
- Cook in a skillet over medium heat until the tortillas are golden brown and cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Slice and serve hot.
Notes
