Ingredients
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, almond flour, protein powder, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
- Mix until well combined.
- If desired, fold in chocolate chips.
- Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
