Description

A nutritious twist on traditional jello, combining sugar-free jello and protein powder for a tasty dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 large box (0.6 oz) sugar-free jello
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 2 scoops (60 grams total) vanilla protein powder
  • 2 cups full-fat plain Greek yogurt


Instructions

  1. Dissolve the sugar-free jello in hot water in a bowl.
  2. Pour the jello and water mixture into a blender.
  3. Add protein powder and yogurt to the blender.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Pour into eight 5.5 oz cups.
  6. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
