- ½ medium Banana (sliced, 60g)
Instructions
- Mix Greek yogurt, whey protein powder, banana flavor instant pudding mix, and unsweetened almond milk until smooth.
- Add almond milk a little at a time until the pudding consistency is reached.
- Assemble layers in a serving jar: place pudding on the bottom, followed by crushed vanilla wafers and banana slices.
- Repeat this layering twice to create a visually appealing treat.
