A refreshing summer treat made by soaking fresh grapes in Prosecco, perfect for gatherings and warm days.
Ingredients
- Fresh grapes (green, red, or a mix)
- Prosecco
Instructions
- Rinse the grapes and remove any stems.
- Place the grapes in a bowl and pour Prosecco over them until they are fully submerged.
- Let the grapes soak in the Prosecco for at least 2 hours, or overnight for a stronger flavor.
- Drain the excess Prosecco and spread the grapes out on a baking sheet.
- Freeze the grapes for at least 3 hours until fully frozen.
- Serve the frozen Prosecco grapes as a refreshing snack by the pool.

Use a mix of grape varieties for added complexity and consider serving them in a decorative bowl with garnishes.
