Description

A refreshing summer treat made by soaking fresh grapes in Prosecco, perfect for gatherings and warm days.

Ingredients

  • Fresh grapes (green, red, or a mix)
  • Prosecco

Instructions

  1. Rinse the grapes and remove any stems.
  2. Place the grapes in a bowl and pour Prosecco over them until they are fully submerged.
  3. Let the grapes soak in the Prosecco for at least 2 hours, or overnight for a stronger flavor.
  4. Drain the excess Prosecco and spread the grapes out on a baking sheet.
  5. Freeze the grapes for at least 3 hours until fully frozen.
  6. Serve the frozen Prosecco grapes as a refreshing snack by the pool.

Notes

Use a mix of grape varieties for added complexity and consider serving them in a decorative bowl with garnishes.
