Ingredients

  • 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries (about 30 grams)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (30 milliliters)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (15 milliliters)
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the fresh spinach leaves thoroughly.
  2. Place the spinach leaves in a large salad bowl.
