A delightful twist on dessert combining layers of creamy peanut butter and chocolate pudding, nestled between crunchy graham crackers.
Ingredients
- 1 box graham crackers
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 package chocolate pudding mix
- 2 ¾ cups milk
- Crushed peanuts for topping
- Melted peanut butter for drizzling
Instructions
- Prepare a 9×13 inch dish for layering.
- Mix the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar together in a bowl until well combined.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the chocolate pudding mix with the milk until thickened.
- Layer half of the graham crackers at the bottom of the dish.
- Spread half of the peanut butter mixture over the crackers, then half of the chocolate pudding mixture.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with a layer of chocolate pudding on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours or until set.
- Before serving, top with crushed peanuts and drizzle with melted peanut butter.
Notes
For best results, chill the dessert overnight to enhance the flavors. Garnish with extra crushed peanuts for added crunch.
