Delicious no-bake peanut butter chocolate bars that blend creamy peanut butter with rich chocolate and a crunchy graham cracker base.
Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter (1 cup, melted)
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups graham crackers (crushed)
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Combine the melted butter, powdered sugar, 1 cup of creamy peanut butter, and crushed graham crackers in a large bowl.
- Mix everything until well combined to create a smooth base.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a prepared 9 x 13 pan.
- Combine the remaining 1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter and chocolate chips in a smaller bowl.
- Microwave the mixture in 15-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer and smooth it out.
- Refrigerate for about an hour to let the bars firm up.
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of salt to the peanut butter mixture. You can also use different types of chocolate chips based on your preference.
