Description

Delicious no-bake peanut butter chocolate bars that blend creamy peanut butter with rich chocolate and a crunchy graham cracker base.


Ingredients

  • 2 sticks butter (1 cup, melted)
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups graham crackers (crushed)
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Combine the melted butter, powdered sugar, 1 cup of creamy peanut butter, and crushed graham crackers in a large bowl.
  2. Mix everything until well combined to create a smooth base.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into a prepared 9 x 13 pan.
  4. Combine the remaining 1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter and chocolate chips in a smaller bowl.
  5. Microwave the mixture in 15-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
  6. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer and smooth it out.
  7. Refrigerate for about an hour to let the bars firm up.
  8. Cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of salt to the peanut butter mixture. You can also use different types of chocolate chips based on your preference.
