Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

- 1 cup granulated sugar

- 1/2 cup champagne
- 1/2 cup peach puree
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened (for frosting)
- 2 tablespoons peach puree (for frosting)
- Fresh peach slices for topping

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream together butter and sugar in a separate bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- Mix in the flour mixture alternately with champagne and peach puree until just combined.
- Divide the batter into prepared cupcake liners and bake for 18-22 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the cupcakes to cool completely.
