- Fresh carrots

- Minced garlic

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and peel the carrots, then cut them into sticks.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the carrot sticks with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Spread the carrots on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly caramelized.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over them.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
