Description
A delicious and nourishing side dish featuring fresh asparagus, topped with Parmesan cheese and roasted to perfection.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Asparagus
- 1/2 cup Freshly shaved Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Diced tomatoes
- 3 cloves Minced garlic
- 2 tbsp Balsamic glaze
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim the ends of the asparagus and place them on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Add shaved Parmesan cheese, diced tomatoes, and minced garlic over the asparagus.
- Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes until tender.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
Notes
For additional crunch, you can top with roasted pine nuts or a sprinkle of lemon zest before serving.
