Description

Delicious oven roasted cauliflower with a crisp, golden exterior, flavored with garlic and paprika, making it a healthy and versatile dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower, sliced into small florets or 1/2-inch thick steaks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon ground paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425ËšF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the head of cauliflower into 1/2-inch thick steaks or break into even, bite-sized pieces.
  3. Add the cauliflower to the center of the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and melted butter, then toss to combine.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the garlic powder, salt, paprika, and pepper for seasoning. Sprinkle the mix over the cauliflower and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Spread the cauliflower evenly on the baking sheet. Bake at 425ËšF for 15-20 minutes or until the cauliflower reaches your desired level of crispiness.

Notes

For extra crunch, finish roasting with a quick broil for the last few minutes, and consider adding parmesan cheese near the end of cooking.
