Delicious bite-sized desserts that blend creamy cheesecake with crunchy Oreos for the perfect treat.
Ingredients
- 16 Oreos (whole)
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup large and small Oreo cookie crumbs (reserved)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line a regular cupcake baking pan with 16 paper liners and place one Oreo cookie in each liner.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract with an electric mixer for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
- Sprinkle in the cookie crumbs and gently fold them in until combined.
- Spoon the Oreo cheesecake mixture evenly on top of the Oreo cookies, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
- Sprinkle the tops with reserved Oreo cookie crumbs.
- Bake for 14-16 minutes, or until the centers are set.
- Let them cool for at least 30 minutes before refrigerating for 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Consider drizzling melted chocolate over the top for extra flair.
