Ingredients

  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 450 g)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (5 g)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder (5 g)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (5 g)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded beef cheese (about 115 g)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (about 60 g)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (28 g)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (15 g)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the chicken breasts into strips.
  3. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add chicken strips to the bowl and coat them evenly with the spice mixture.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes until fully cooked.
  6. Remove chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
  7. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  8. Add minced garlic to the melted butter and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  9. Stir in the chopped parsley and remove from heat.
  10. Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface.
  11. Evenly distribute the cooked chicken strips onto each tortilla.
  12. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken.
  13. Drizzle the garlic butter mixture over the cheese and chicken.
  14. Roll each tortilla tightly to enclose the filling.
  15. Place the wraps seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  16. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and the wraps are golden brown.
  17. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
