Ingredients
- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 450 g)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (5 g)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder (5 g)
- 1 teaspoon paprika (5 g)
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded beef cheese (about 115 g)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (about 60 g)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (28 g)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (15 g)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the chicken breasts into strips.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add chicken strips to the bowl and coat them evenly with the spice mixture.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes until fully cooked.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add minced garlic to the melted butter and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the chopped parsley and remove from heat.
- Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface.
- Evenly distribute the cooked chicken strips onto each tortilla.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken.
- Drizzle the garlic butter mixture over the cheese and chicken.
- Roll each tortilla tightly to enclose the filling.
- Place the wraps seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and the wraps are golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
