A delightful no-bake dessert combining layers of ladyfingers, mascarpone, and fresh strawberries, perfect for gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 package ladyfingers
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup brewed coffee (cooled, optional for soaking)
- Cocoa powder for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Fold in the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Dip each ladyfinger in the coffee quickly and layer them at the bottom of a serving dish.
- Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, then add a layer of sliced strawberries.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone mixture on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes or overnight.
- Dust with cocoa powder before serving, if desired.
Notes
Use fresh, ripe strawberries for the best flavor. Adjust coffee soaking time based on preference.
