Description

A delightful no-bake Oreo cheesecake that combines creamy goodness with the crunch of chocolate cookies, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Oreo cookies (crushed)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (whipped to stiff peaks)
  • Extra Oreo cookies for topping

Instructions

  1. Combine the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese in another bowl until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream until fully combined.
  4. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  6. Top with extra Oreo cookies if desired, slice and serve. Enjoy!

Notes

Use a measuring cup to press the crust evenly and firmly. Consider adding a pinch of salt to the cream cheese mixture for added flavor.
