A delightful no-bake Oreo cheesecake that combines creamy goodness with the crunch of chocolate cookies, perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients
- 1 package Oreo cookies (crushed)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (whipped to stiff peaks)
- Extra Oreo cookies for topping
Instructions
- Combine the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- Beat the softened cream cheese in another bowl until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Fold in the whipped cream until fully combined.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
- Top with extra Oreo cookies if desired, slice and serve. Enjoy!
Notes
Use a measuring cup to press the crust evenly and firmly. Consider adding a pinch of salt to the cream cheese mixture for added flavor.
