Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240 ml) creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) honey
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract
  • 2 cups (160 g) old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup (80 g) protein powder
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) milk
  • 1/4 cup (45 g) mini chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and honey.
  2. Stir in the vanilla extract until well mixed.
  3. Add the rolled oats to the bowl and mix thoroughly.
  4. Gradually add the protein powder, stirring until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour in the milk and mix until the mixture holds together.
  6. Fold in the mini chocolate chips evenly.
  7. Line an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) pan with parchment paper.
  8. Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan.
  9. Press the mixture evenly into the pan using a spatula or your hands.
  10. Place the pan in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to set.
  11. Once set, remove from the fridge and cut into bars.
  12. Store the bars in an airtight container in the fridge.
