Description

A delightful blend of oats, nut butter, and sweetener, these no bake energy bites are a quick and nutritious snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or sunflower)
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup mix-ins (chocolate chips, dried cranberries, or seeds)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the oats and nut butter.
  2. Add the honey or maple syrup, followed by your chosen mix-ins, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Stir thoroughly until a sticky dough forms.
