Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or sunflower)
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup mix-ins (chocolate chips, dried cranberries, or seeds)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the oats and nut butter.
- Add the honey or maple syrup, followed by your chosen mix-ins, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Stir thoroughly until a sticky dough forms.
- Use your hands to roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a tray lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
