Description

Delicious no-bake chocolate peanut butter oatmeal bars that are quick to prepare and perfect for satisfying cravings without compromising health goals.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup of natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup of honey or maple syrup


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the oatmeal, peanut butter, chocolate chips, and honey (or maple syrup).
  2. Stir until everything is well mixed.
  3. Press the mixture into a greased 8×8-inch baking dish.
  4. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until firm.

Notes

For firmer bars, refrigerate longer than 30 minutes. These bars can be customized with nuts, seeds, or dried fruits.
