Description

A rich and creamy no-bake dessert combining chocolate and peanut butter flavors, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press into the bottom of a 9×9 inch pan to form the crust.
  2. Beat together peanut butter and powdered sugar in another bowl until smooth.
  3. Whip heavy cream and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until well combined.
  5. Spread the peanut butter mousse evenly over the crust in the pan.
  6. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth, stirring every 30 seconds.
  7. Pour the chocolate ganache over the peanut butter mousse layer and spread evenly.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  9. Cut into squares and serve chilled.

Notes

Chilling time is crucial; the longer the dessert chills, the better it sets. Customize your crust by using Oreo crumbs for a chocolate twist or make it gluten-free with nut crumbs.
