Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press into the bottom of a 9×9 inch pan to form the crust.
- Beat together peanut butter and powdered sugar in another bowl until smooth.
- Whip heavy cream and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until well combined.
- Spread the peanut butter mousse evenly over the crust in the pan.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth, stirring every 30 seconds.
- Pour the chocolate ganache over the peanut butter mousse layer and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
- Cut into squares and serve chilled.
