Description

Indulge in delightful no-bake cheesecake parfaits featuring creamy layers, sweet cherry topping, and a crunchy graham cracker base, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups finely crushed graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 7 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • â…“ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (21-ounce) can cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a small mixing bowl. Mix well until evenly coated and set aside.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese in a medium mixing bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
  3. Incorporate the sweetened condensed milk until combined, then add lemon juice and vanilla extract, stirring well.
  4. Set six plastic punch cups on the counter. Scoop 2 tablespoons of the graham cracker mixture into each cup for the base.
  5. Add 3 tablespoons of the cheesecake mixture to each cup, followed by half of the cherry pie filling.
  6. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of the graham cracker mixture over the cherry layer, then divide the remaining cheesecake mixture on top.
  7. Finish with the reserved cherry pie filling and sprinkle a little graham cracker mixture on top.
  8. Serve immediately or chill for up to 24 hours before serving.

Notes

For added flair, consider garnishing with fresh cherries or mint leaves. Allowing the parfaits to chill enhances flavors and texture.
