Ingredients
- 1 package croissant dough
- 6 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 3 ounces pepperoni slices
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the croissant dough and separate it into individual triangles along the perforated lines.
- In a small bowl, set aside the shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Cut the pepperoni slices in half to fit on the dough triangles.
- Melt the butter, then mix in garlic powder, oregano, and basil.
- Brush the melted butter mixture over each croissant triangle.
- Place pepperoni pieces at the wide end of each triangle, followed by a heaping tablespoon of mozzarella.
- Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end to the point, enclosing the filling inside.
- Arrange the rolled croissants on the baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Brush the remaining butter mixture over the tops of the rolls.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
