Ingredients
- 1 package brownie mix
- 8 mini graham cracker crusts
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Prepare the brownie batter according to the package directions.
- Pour the batter into the mini graham cracker crusts, leaving space at the top.
- Place the filled crusts on a large cookie sheet for easy handling.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the brownies are set.
- Remove from the oven and generously top each pie with mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Return to the oven for an additional 3-5 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown.
- Cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, mix in nuts or toffee bits with the brownie batter. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days.
