Description

Delightful mini tarts with fresh peaches and creamy cheese, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 batch Homemade puff pastry
  • 3 Fresh peaches, sliced
  • 8 oz Cream cheese, sliced
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Honey


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to puff pastry instructions.
  2. Roll out the homemade puff pastry and cut it into small circles to fit your tart pans.
  3. Place the pastry in the tart pans and bake until golden brown.
  4. Mix cinnamon, lemon juice, and honey to create a glaze.
  5. Once the pastry is cool, layer cream cheese slices and fresh peach slices inside each tart.
  6. Drizzle the cinnamon, lemon, and honey glaze over the tarts before serving.
