Ingredients
- 1 batch Homemade puff pastry
- 3 Fresh peaches, sliced
- 8 oz Cream cheese, sliced
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Honey
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to puff pastry instructions.
- Roll out the homemade puff pastry and cut it into small circles to fit your tart pans.
- Place the pastry in the tart pans and bake until golden brown.
- Mix cinnamon, lemon juice, and honey to create a glaze.
- Once the pastry is cool, layer cream cheese slices and fresh peach slices inside each tart.
- Drizzle the cinnamon, lemon, and honey glaze over the tarts before serving.
