Ingredients

  • 1 cup (150g) assorted cheese cubes
  • 1 cup (150g) sliced beef or chicken deli meat
  • 1/2 cup (75g) seedless grapes
  • 1/2 cup (75g) cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup (40g) dried apricots
  • 1/4 cup (40g) almonds or mixed nuts
  • 1/4 cup (40g) black or green olives
  • 4 small whole grain crackers
  • 2 tablespoons (30g) hummus


Instructions

  1. Gather 4 mason jars and ensure they are clean and dry.
  2. Divide the cheese cubes evenly among the 4 jars.
  3. Roll the sliced deli meat into small rolls and add to each jar.
  4. Place an equal portion of seedless grapes in each jar.
  5. Add cherry tomatoes to each jar, distributing them evenly.
  6. Divide the dried apricots among the jars.
  7. Add a portion of almonds or mixed nuts to each jar.
  8. Drop in a few olives to each jar, black or green as preferred.
  9. Break each cracker in half and place two halves in each jar.
  10. Spoon a small amount of hummus into each jar, using the remaining space.
