- 1/4 cup (40g) almonds or mixed nuts
- 1/4 cup (40g) black or green olives
- 4 small whole grain crackers
- 2 tablespoons (30g) hummus
Instructions
- Gather 4 mason jars and ensure they are clean and dry.
- Divide the cheese cubes evenly among the 4 jars.
- Roll the sliced deli meat into small rolls and add to each jar.
- Place an equal portion of seedless grapes in each jar.
- Add cherry tomatoes to each jar, distributing them evenly.
- Divide the dried apricots among the jars.
- Add a portion of almonds or mixed nuts to each jar.
- Drop in a few olives to each jar, black or green as preferred.
- Break each cracker in half and place two halves in each jar.
