Description

Delicious mini blueberry muffins that are perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert, loaded with fresh blueberries for a sweet, tangy taste.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a mini muffin tin with liners or spray with cooking spray.
  3. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  4. Whisk together the melted butter, egg, milk, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until well blended.
  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  6. Fold in the fresh blueberries.
