  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) milk
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) chopped parsley


Instructions

  1. Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) to warm up.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, blend the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, egg, milk, salt, and black pepper.
