Ingredients

- 1/2 cup (120 ml) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) milk
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) salt
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) black pepper
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) chopped parsley
Instructions
- Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) to warm up.
- In a large mixing bowl, blend the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, egg, milk, salt, and black pepper.
