Description

Delicious sliders featuring marinated chicken, crispy bacon, and a sweet-savory glaze, perfect for gatherings and quick meals.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Slider buns
  • Lettuce and tomato for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate the chicken slices in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, cook the marinated chicken until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  5. Toast the slider buns in the skillet lightly.
  6. Assemble the sliders by placing a piece of chicken, a piece of bacon, and any optional lettuce or tomato on the buns.
  7. Drizzle any remaining glaze over the assembled sliders. Serve warm.

Notes

For enhanced flavor, marinate the chicken overnight if time permits.
