Ingredients

- 1 cup (240 ml) walnut halves (120 grams)
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) olive oil (45 milliliters)
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) maple syrup (45 milliliters)
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) balsamic vinegar (30 milliliters)
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) salt (5 grams)
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) ground cumin (1 gram)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse and trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts.
- Cut the Brussels sprouts in half lengthwise.
- Place the Brussels sprouts in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the seedless red grapes to the bowl.
- Add walnut halves to the mixing bowl with Brussels sprouts and grapes.
- Drizzle olive oil over the Brussels sprouts, grapes, and walnuts.
- Add maple syrup and balsamic vinegar to the bowl.
- Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the mixture.
- Toss everything together until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
