Description

A delightful combination of chocolate, coconut, and nuts that creates a chewy, sweet dessert perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate morsels
  • 1.333 cups flaked coconut
  • 1 cup chopped nuts


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (or 325°F for glass dishes) and coat a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined and press firmly onto the bottom of the baking dish.
  3. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
  4. Sprinkle semisweet chocolate morsels, flaked coconut, and chopped nuts evenly over the top.
  5. Press down on the toppings with a fork to secure everything in place.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes until lightly browned.
  7. Allow to cool completely before cutting into 36 squares or diamonds.

Notes

For a nuttier flavor, toast the chopped nuts before adding them. You can also experiment with different types of chocolate morsels.
