A delightful combination of chocolate, coconut, and nuts that creates a chewy, sweet dessert perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 0.5 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate morsels
- 1.333 cups flaked coconut
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (or 325°F for glass dishes) and coat a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined and press firmly onto the bottom of the baking dish.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle semisweet chocolate morsels, flaked coconut, and chopped nuts evenly over the top.
- Press down on the toppings with a fork to secure everything in place.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes until lightly browned.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into 36 squares or diamonds.
Notes
For a nuttier flavor, toast the chopped nuts before adding them. You can also experiment with different types of chocolate morsels.
