Ingredients

  • 2 cups cauliflower florets (about 200g)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded (about 300g)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (about 115g)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (120 ml)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (60 ml)
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped (about 50g)
  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, crumbled (about 50g)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) paprika
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and steamed cauliflower.
  4. Add the cheddar cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise to the bowl.
  5. Mix in the chopped green onions and crumbled turkey bacon.
  6. Stir in the minced garlic, onion powder, and paprika.
  7. Season the mixture with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until heated through and cheese is melted.
  10. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
