Ingredients
- 2 cups cauliflower florets (about 200g)
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded (about 300g)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (about 115g)
- 1/2 cup sour cream (120 ml)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise (60 ml)
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped (about 50g)
- 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, crumbled (about 50g)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) onion powder
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) paprika
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and steamed cauliflower.
- Add the cheddar cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise to the bowl.
- Mix in the chopped green onions and crumbled turkey bacon.
- Stir in the minced garlic, onion powder, and paprika.
- Season the mixture with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until heated through and cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
