Description

A hearty dish combining the flavors of a cheeseburger with the comforting texture of pasta, loaded with crispy bacon and creamy cheeses.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces short pasta (penne, rotini, or elbow macaroni)
  • 1 pound ground beef (can substitute ground turkey or chicken)
  • 6 slices bacon (cooked and crispy)
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Begin by cooking your short pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a separate skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it apart until fully cooked.
  3. Drain excess grease from the beef and stir in the cooked pasta.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
  5. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and crispy bacon pieces.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the pasta and ground beef, stirring until well combined.
  7. Heat until warmed through, stirring occasionally.

Notes

For the best melting quality, use freshly grated cheese. Experiment with additional ingredients for a personal touch.
