- ¾ cup whole milk Greek yogurt
- ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil (plus more for the pan)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and oil an 8×4-inch loaf pan with olive oil.
- Whisk together all-purpose flour, almond flour, baking powder, and sea salt in a large bowl.
- Mix cane sugar and lemon zest in another bowl, whisking until fragrant. Incorporate Greek yogurt, olive oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Pour the dry mixture into the wet ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
