- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, gently combine the cottage cheese, blueberries, lemon zest, honey, almond flour, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to allow it to firm up.
- Use a tablespoon to scoop out portions and roll them into tight, compact balls.
- Place the rolled bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet, evenly spaced apart.
