Description

A delightful dish featuring tender chicken marinated in a flavorful combination of gochujang and honey, perfect for family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Chicken pieces (desired cut)
  • 3 tablespoons Gochujang
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or sugar
  • 3 cloves Minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Combine gochujang, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, minced ginger, sesame oil, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and let them soak for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for more flavor.
  3. Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill or bake the marinated chicken for 20-25 minutes, or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
  5. Serve hot, optionally garnished with sesame seeds or green onions.

Notes

For best flavor, marinate the chicken overnight. Adjust gochujang to customize spice level.
