Ingredients
- Chicken pieces (desired cut)
- 3 tablespoons Gochujang
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Honey or sugar
- 3 cloves Minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon Minced ginger
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Combine gochujang, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, minced ginger, sesame oil, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and let them soak for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for more flavor.
- Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Grill or bake the marinated chicken for 20-25 minutes, or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
- Serve hot, optionally garnished with sesame seeds or green onions.
