Description

A flavorful one-pot dish featuring tender beef, delightful noodles, and vibrant vegetables, perfect for cozy dinners or gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef (chuck or flank steak), sliced

  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., carrots, bell peppers, and bok choy)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste) or to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat. Brown the sliced beef thoroughly.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger; cook for 1 minute.
  3. Pour in beef broth and soy sauce; bring to a simmer.
  4. Add gochujang, salt, and pepper to taste.
  5. Mix in vegetables and simmer until tender.
  6. Cook noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
