Description

A flavorful keto turkey meatloaf made with lean ground turkey and nourishing ingredients, perfect for a low-carb lifestyle.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground turkey
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For glaze: sugar-free ketchup, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan or baking dish.
  2. Sauté the diced onion and minced garlic in a skillet over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes until softened. Cool before combining with other ingredients.
  3. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, eggs, parmesan cheese, almond flour, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in the cooled onion and garlic, then shape the mixture into a loaf and place in the prepared pan.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together glaze ingredients and spread over the top of the meatloaf.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 1 hour, basting with glaze during the last 15 minutes.
  7. Let the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

For a moisture boost, consider adding grated zucchini to the mixture or serving with low-carb sides like steamed broccoli.
