- 4 ounces (113 g) cream cheese
Instructions
- Set your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit to preheat.
- Cook the ground beef along with the onion and bell pepper slices in a skillet over medium-high heat until the vegetables become tender and the beef is fully browned. Remove any extra grease.
- Mix in the Worcestershire sauce and cream cheese, seasoning with salt and pepper as desired, stirring the mixture until the cheese is fully melted and incorporated.
- Distribute the shredded Monterey Jack cheese into 8 equal-sized circles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 8-10 minutes until the edges are golden and the cheese has a lace-like texture.
