Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken thighs (907 g)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (5 g)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder (5 g)
- 1 teaspoon paprika (2 g)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano (1 g)
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme (1 g)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 cup heavy cream (240 ml)
- 1/2 cup grated non-alcoholic cheese (50 g)
- 1 tablespoon butter (14 g)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (30 ml)
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (15 g)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Rub spice mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken thighs.
- Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken thighs to the skillet, skin side down, and sear for 5 minutes.
- Flip the chicken thighs and sear the other side for another 5 minutes.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- Lower heat to medium, and add butter to the skillet.
- Pour heavy cream into the skillet, stirring to combine with the butter.
- Add Parmesan cheese and lemon juice, stirring until the cheese melts and sauce thickens.
- Return chicken thighs to the skillet, spooning sauce over them.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
