Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts (diced) (about 450g)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (15 ml)
- 2 tsp garlic powder (10 g)
- 1 tsp onion powder (5 g)
- 1 tsp paprika (5 g)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (about 120g)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 60g)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce (store-bought or homemade) (120 ml)
- Fresh parsley (chopped (optional, for garnish))
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken
- In a big bowl, mix the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until everything is evenly covered.
- Cook the Chicken
- Warm a non-stick pan over medium heat. Place the seasoned chicken in the pan and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring now and then, until the chicken is fully cooked and nicely browned. Take off the heat and set aside.
- Construct the Wraps
- Spread a layer of creamy garlic sauce onto each tortilla. Place the cooked chicken on top and generously sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese over it.
- Melt and Brown
- Fold the tortillas over the filling to make wraps. Place them back in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden brown.
- Serve and Relish
