Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts (diced) (about 450g)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (15 ml)
  • 2 tsp garlic powder (10 g)
  • 1 tsp onion powder (5 g)
  • 1 tsp paprika (5 g)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (about 120g)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 60g)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce (store-bought or homemade) (120 ml)
  • Fresh parsley (chopped (optional, for garnish))


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken
  2. In a big bowl, mix the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until everything is evenly covered.
  3. Cook the Chicken
  4. Warm a non-stick pan over medium heat. Place the seasoned chicken in the pan and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring now and then, until the chicken is fully cooked and nicely browned. Take off the heat and set aside.
  5. Construct the Wraps
  6. Spread a layer of creamy garlic sauce onto each tortilla. Place the cooked chicken on top and generously sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese over it.
  7. Melt and Brown
  8. Fold the tortillas over the filling to make wraps. Place them back in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden brown.
  9. Serve and Relish
