  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) coconut cream
  • 1/2 tsp (3 ml) salt
  • 1/2 tsp (3 ml) pepper
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) garlic powder
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) beef bacon, cooked and crumbled, optional, for extra flavor


Instructions

  1. Begin by setting the oven to 375°F (190°C) and coating a muffin tin with butter or a non-stick spray.
  2. In a sizable bowl, blend the eggs and coconut cream until the mixture is uniform.
