- 60 ml (1/4 cup) beef bacon, cooked and crumbled, optional, for extra flavor
Instructions
- Begin by setting the oven to 375°F (190°C) and coating a muffin tin with butter or a non-stick spray.
- In a sizable bowl, blend the eggs and coconut cream until the mixture is uniform.
