Description

A delicious and moist keto-friendly banana bread, made with almond and coconut flour, perfect for a guilt-free treat that satisfies cravings.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup erythritol (or other sweetener)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a large bowl.
  3. Add the eggs, applesauce, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas and mix well.
  4. Combine the almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until fully combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
