Description

Juicy cheeseburger sliders featuring Hawaiian rolls, seasoned ground beef, and melted cheddar, perfect for gatherings and quick weeknight meals.


Ingredients

  • Hawaiian rolls
  • Ground beef
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard
  • Pickles
  • Onion (optional)
  • Salt
  • Pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Layer the cooked beef over the rolls, then add slices of cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Add ketchup, mustard, and pickles to taste.
  6. Place the top halves of the rolls on the sliders.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the rolls are warm.
