Instructions
- Slice the zucchini into pieces that are about 2 inches long, then divide each section into 6 wedges.
- Warm up vegetable oil in a large nonstick pan over medium-high heat.
- Combine the zucchini and chopped onion in the pan, cooking them for 2 minutes.
- Incorporate soy sauce, crushed red pepper flakes, and black pepper, stirring them in. Continue to cook for another 4 to 5 minutes, or until the vegetables reach your preferred tenderness.
- Garnish with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
